Church Pathway's practice mode at Luminous Church is ungraded — a space to rehearse ministry conversations, not a course. By continuing you confirm you understand the following:

What happens

You practice ministry conversations with an AI character; the AI gives written feedback on your responses. Nothing is scored or graded, and no academic or performance record is created.

Who can see your work

Authorized leaders responsible for your relevant course or cohort can view your submitted practice work and course-linked journal reflections to support your development. Unlinked journal reflections remain visible only to you. Practice work is developmental and does not become an academic grade. Other participants and unrelated leaders cannot see your work. TEPE CONSULTING LLC platform operators may access it only when needed for support, security, incident handling, or an approved product purpose; see the privacy policy for the full list of who can access your data.

What the AI receives

The text you write is sent to a third-party AI service to generate the conversation and feedback. The product does not add your name, email, or contact fields to the prompt, but your own text is sent as written. If you draw on real experiences, use fictional names for real people.

Leadership meetings

Where your organization turns on the Meetings feature, its leaders may run leadership meetings inside the product. A meeting is recorded only after the leader running it confirms that everyone in the room has been told it is being recorded. The recording, a written transcript with speaker labels, typed notes, and the list of decisions and follow-ups are kept as your organization's own record and can be deleted by its leaders. Transcript text is sent to a third-party speech-to-text service and to the AI service to draft that record, and it may contain the real names of people spoken about in the meeting. Names from a meeting are shown on screen to authorized leaders only and are never printed or exported. If you are not a leader who runs meetings, this section does not change what the product does with your own practice work.

Retention

TEPE CONSULTING LLC uses category-based retention. Identifiable service, formation, journal, and security records are kept only while needed for the approved service, longitudinal formation, institutional requirements, disputes, security, or other approved purposes. Exact periods may depend on the organization agreement, applicable requirements, deletion duties, or a stricter tenant policy. De-identified or appropriately aggregated product-improvement data may be retained longer where permitted. You may request deletion through your organization leader or privacy contact, subject to required records; see the privacy page.

Leaving

You can stop at any time; unfinished sessions are simply abandoned.
