Agreement to Terms

By creating an account and using Church Pathway (the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

Church Pathway is the product and brand operated by TEPE CONSULTING LLC.

Early Pilot Status

Church Pathway is a new platform in early pilot with a small number of churches, starting with Luminous Church. By using it, you understand:

• ✓ The Platform is in active development and may change
• ✓ Practice cases are ungraded: an AI character responds and gives written feedback, but nothing is scored
• ✓ Features and services may be added, removed, or modified

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform only for its intended purpose: pastoral practice and your church's own leadership and data-health work.

You agree not to:

• ✓ Share your account credentials with others
• ✓ Attempt to circumvent security measures or access controls
• ✓ Use automated tools to interact with the Platform
• ✓ Reverse engineer or attempt to extract training data
• ✓ Use the Platform in any way that violates applicable laws

AI-Generated Feedback

The Platform uses AI (currently Google Gemini) to run practice conversations and write feedback on your responses. Practice cases are ungraded: an AI proposal is never a grade, and no academic or performance record is created.

We make no warranty that AI-generated feedback is accurate or complete. If you draw on real situations when you practice, use fictional names for real people.

Monday Room, People, and Giving

Where your church turns on Meetings, People, or Giving, those features process your church's own congregation data as described in our Privacy Policy. A pastor or other tenant admin controls that data, including deleting a meeting recording, transcript, and its follow-ups at any time.

Intellectual Property

Your content: You retain ownership of the text you write in practice cases. You grant TEPE CONSULTING LLC a limited license to process that content for service delivery, support, security, and approved product evaluation. Product improvement should use de-identified or aggregated data when identifiable content is not necessary. These terms do not grant third-party foundation-model training rights, or permission to publish identifiable work for marketing.

Platform content: The cases, characters, and other content on the Platform are owned by TEPE CONSULTING LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without permission.

Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" during this early pilot. We make no warranties about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of AI-generated feedback or data-health numbers.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TEPE CONSULTING LLC is not liable for errors in AI-generated feedback, service interruptions or data loss, or indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

Privacy & Data Use

Your use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. Please review it carefully.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if you violate these Terms of Use or if your church requests it.

Your church may discontinue use of the Platform at any time. We retain data after termination only as described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

Applicable law and venue may depend on your church's agreement with TEPE CONSULTING LLC. These terms do not establish a universal jurisdiction where none has been agreed.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use. Material changes to access, retention, or AI processing will be posted here with a new effective date.
